Common setup problems
The app can't reach my server
Check that your VPN is connected on the iPhone and that the URL includes the right port (indexer: 9200 by default, companion: the port you set up). For a server on your local network, allow local network access for the app in the iOS Settings.
Certificate or TLS error
With Wazuh's self-signed certificates, pin the certificate in the deployment settings. If you regenerated the certificates on the server, pin the new one.
“Unauthorized” or “Forbidden”
The indexer user needs read access to the wazuh-alerts-* indices for alerts and to wazuh-monitoring-* for agent status. Check the user, its role and its password.
No push notifications
Push needs the optional companion service. Check that it is running and reachable, that push is turned on in the app, and that notifications are allowed in the iOS Settings.
Privacy requests
